DGS Unite!
This is the home on the web for the Ramp Service and Operations employees of Delta Global Services. As Ramp Agents and Operations Agents, we provide a valuable service to Delta Airlines with pride and professionalism. For many of us, aviation and the airline industry are a passion. Yet DGS and its parent company, Delta Airlines, offer some of the worst pay and benefits in the industry. To them, we are nothing more than expendable resources, not dedicated professionals. The time for change is here! Our challenges may seem insurmountable, but together, united as fellow aviation and airline professionals, perhaps we can take back our workplace. DGS Unite!

DeleteI am in active contact w a Union organizer in my state. For a Union to succeed, we need to do it together at the same time. We need to network. Get hold of a list of your coworkers w their contact info. Write a letter with your station demands. Ask your coworkers to sign it and let's meet. Tell other Dgs employees from others stations. Let's meet... It only works if we unite and if we do it in masses. Most of us know that we need an Union. We work hard and we are treated like 2nd category w/o any kind of appreciation. We are under paid and we have to deal with all the BS from our leads. Let's network... Spread the word... Law protect us while we form an Union.

DeleteMis hermanos y hermanas Hispanoparlantes trabajadores de DGS. Es hora de unirnos. Estoy en contacto con un organizador de una Unión que desea ayudarnos a exigir nuestras demandas. Aunque estemos en diferentes estaciones todos lidiamos con la misma injusticias no solo de DGS pero de también de supervisores y gerentes. NETWORKING.. La única forma de que esto acabe es con una Unión de forma MASIVA. Consigue los nombres con la información de todos tus compañeros de trabajo. Escribe una carta con todas las demandas que quieres ver en tu estación y pide a tus compañeros que las firmen. Corre la voz a todas las demás estaciones y dile a ellos que también corran la voz. Encontrémonos con nuestras cartas firmadas y con nuestra lista de trabajadores para que el organizador de la unión hablé con nosotros. La ley nos protege mientras estemos organizando una Unión.
